mini-cms-mcp is a CMS for a few-page site and a blog, managed by an AI assistant over MCP (Model Context Protocol). There is no admin panel, because the place you work is the conversation: you ask for an article, you get a preview link, you look at it and say "publish".
The principle everything else follows from: the AI is the only editor, but it can change only the content, never the code. No command writes PHP files, templates, configuration or the log.
What you get
- A complete public site: pages, articles, visitor search, sitemap, RSS feed,
llms.txt and structured data — found by Google and Bing, read by AI assistants. - Two-step install: one command on your computer and a zip uploaded in cPanel. No Composer, no database, no FTP afterwards.
- Nothing is lost: a version is saved before every change, and deleting moves the element between versions.
- A log you read yourself: every AI call, with the time, the command and the result, chained by fingerprints that show whether anyone tampered with it.
What it is not
It is not WordPress and does not want to be: no modules, no themes to buy, no database. It fits tens or hundreds of pages, not tens of thousands. And uploading the code stays with the human — the only moment something new reaches the server.
The code is open, on GitHub. If you want to put it on your own hosting, the install guide has every step, with real cPanel screenshots.
